Artemis Eurus

This is a request by a fellow roleplayer in the Oasiz chatroom I play my Naga Syaoran character in. Her character Artemis Eurus is an interesting concept. A human warrioress from a purely fantasy based race of people who are somewhat like hyper-civilised vikings. (This comes I believe from her being a fan of Vikings and Gundam and being unable to decide between the two, so combining them) Hence the close form-fitting 'catsuit' but the more ornate carved leather details, horns, scales, fur cape etc. In the roleplay her character is normally more simply dressed than this, with a less adorned plain black outfit. But I couldn't as a history geek draw a viking-based character and not throw in all the vikingy details which I love. I've been told apparently true vikings don't have horned helmets historically and this is something coined by opera. But since her alter ego is 'The Blue Dragon of the East' I think horns are still quite fitting.

Now I must confess I cheated a little bit with the colouring. See if you can tell where. Yep the carved parts on the bracers, legshields and corset as well as the knife handle on the dagger in her thigh scabbard are not painted by me. They are pasted on from non-copyrighted (or at least with no notices on or around them stating they are copyrighted) artwork I found on an museum site on Google. However since this artwork is non-profit, the pictures as stated before had no copyright and I have clearly stated here they are not my own work and I cannot claim credit for them, I think this constitutes fair use. I really did try to paint them by hand first but the details were far too fiddly for my skill level. Everything else except the background and textures I have used for fabrics is 100% handpainted by me though.
