My ½ Werewolf/½ Angel, ¼ Chinese, teen emo/goth boi character Sam Li.

Isn't he just nummy?

I'm really pleased with the sketch, I guess listening to the Eels whilst drawing this was the right inspiration music for the character

I don't know if I'll colour this (it seems a shame to spoil such lovely B/W shading) so for anyone who's interested in how he might look in colour..... he has dirty-blond hair, brown eyes rust-coloured freckles, a black shirt and purple tee and brownish-gold wings like a golden-eagle.

If you're wondering why he has pointed ears like that in 'human' mode its because my portrayal of werewolves is that they're eternally exiled from the rest of humanity once they fall under the curse. The ears, their elongated fang-like canine teeth, and the somewhat musky potent feral smell they have are the stigma that identify them to others even when they try to hide and fit in amongst humans, and mark them as outcasts forever.

Sam of course being the offspring of a cursed individual and an angel in human guise had no choice about the matter, he was born this way and thus was doomed from the start. A very good reason for being a bit emo!

And yes he has got eyeliner on....



Sam is MY character and thus I own copyright on him, if you try to steal him I will set him loose on you in his were-form!
